Kingston's 6th Birthday

Our boy is 6! How could time do this?! These last six years with him have brought so much love, sweetness, and laughter. Kingston provides our family with so much joy. He is a light in my life, and I can honestly say that he brightens every day. He is sweet, kind, and so funny. He says the funniest things, and always gets us laughing. He is always wanting to serve others and do his best. He is a little perfectionist, and he is really hard on himself when he doesn't do something perfectly the first time or when he makes a mistake. He is an amazing brother! Eden adores him! He is able to calm her down when she is sad, and she loves to play with him.  He LOVES animals so we thought what better place to celebrate him than the zoo. He was so excited to spend the day with the animals.
Nana and Gonka spoiled him with his very own zoo!

So happy he got to celebrate with his cousins.

He invited his friend Nikson to join us. It was so fun listening and watching the two of them check out the animals. Even caught them a few times holding hands.

This boy LOVES chicken wings so they were a MUST for his birthday. This play by play of his first bight was priceless.
He was so excited when he opened his dragon Torch!
 HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET BOY!

First day of School 2015 - 2016 Kinder & 2nd

We are so excited to have Taelee in Ms. Tutor's class for Second Grade, and Kingston in Mrs. Stone's Class for Kindergarten. They were really excited to go and meet their teachers at meet the teacher night.
Our beautiful Taelee on the first day of Second Grade. No nerves at all, just pure excitement, and she felt pretty special she got to be the big help to her brother.
Our handsome boy on his first day of Kindergarten. He was a tad nervous, but the fact that he had already been in Mrs. Stone's classroom so much when Taelee was in Kindergarten made him a lot more at ease.

Kingston's 5th Birthday Party

Mr. Kingston has never had a friend birthday party, so I guess it was time. This boy loves Legos so we went for a Lego party. Everything turned out great, and and the kids had a great time playing ring toss, Lego Lego who's got the Lego, and building Legos. The sweet boy was so grateful for all of his wonderful gifts, and got spoiled and showered with Legos.

Kingston - FIVE

How have we already had this boy in our lives for five years? He has a sweet and tender heart, and wears it on his sleeve. He can go from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds. Since Eden joined our family he has pushed every button I have. He struggles expressing his feelings, and often time frustration comes out in screaming, crying, scratching, hitting, and verbal blows that hurt my heart. These rough patches are hard on me and our family, but this boy has a very large part of my heart. He is such a goof ball and he makes me laugh all the time. He has some amazing dance moves including the hula. The other night I didn't see or hear him come out of his room after I had tucked him in. He snuck over through the kitchen and then around the chair...scared me half to death! He came over to me and whispered in my ear, "Tomorrow I am going to have the best day ever!" He turned around and headed back to his room and said, "It's going to be the best day of my life!!" Then he gave a nice little bum shake and said, "Just let it flow!" He kills me! I am so grateful for our sweet and silly boy!
He loves legos, and Chimas are his favorite.  He is all boy and loves anything that growls, vrooms, flies, honks, clicks, ticks, or moves. His favorite color is cougar blue. He loves to cuddle and is a mama's boy through and through!
Happy birthday Mr. Kingston! We love you!
